Who we are.

10th Finchley is a local Scout Group run by trained volunteers, supported by trustees, and focused on safe, high-quality Scouting for young people.

Leadership Team

Our leaders are fully trained, DBS-checked volunteers who plan and deliver safe programmes across Beavers, Cubs and Scouts.

  • Group Lead Volunteer Coordinates safety, programme quality and volunteer support.
  • Section Leaders Lead age-appropriate sessions, badges, camps, outdoor skills and teamwork challenges.

Trustee Board

The board helps keep the group safe, financially secure and well run.

  • Manage finances and fundraising
  • Maintain Gordon Hall and equipment
  • Oversee safety, safeguarding and compliance
  • Support the leadership team
